Has anyone done a full course, e-course or otherwise recently? I am seeing prices in the region of £600 without the Norwegian bit....

It appears that not many people do e-BOSIET (even though its advertised) as there has not been much interest in it. For anybody that is interested Petans seems to be cheapest and has courses on a weekly basis, that I am assured have reasonable availability.

Did the Bosiet at Petans. Was the cheapest I could find and a Posthouse is only 2 miles away. They were top guys and I would recommend it, very laid back but very professional and the content was easily absorbed.
The only complaint is that even more content has been dropped. For safety reasons you cant jump off the top with the lifejacket, you now have to step off the side of the pool. You cant turn the inverted liferaft over, and you cant go out in the lifeboat (not that you could at Petans as its inshore )
Air pocket (re-breather) was a piece of cake, and gave you far more confidence during HUET, which was good as you did it a whopping 6 times..... (OPITO regs now insist on windows and doors in, before it was optional)
