Hi Tony

Ed Jones 1981 - 84. I was an observer. I was the man who left his 12-string guitar on board! My last trip was the Adriatic (La Spezia/Ravenna). I was also on board when we went from Hull to Bremerhaven light (picking up new cable)and we rolled like a pig! It frightened some of the real sailors.

Hi ed... uhmm don't remember you but we could have been on opposite crews I guess..... I remember when the engines blew up and we were towed into Bergen,,,, and then we sailed back to dry dock in hull in a force 11.... argg and when we answered a SOS call in a gale just as we were running for cover to Lerwick.. hell we were sitting on the floor in the ops room and still slid across the floor...Hell that pig could roll...... :shock:
