Sorry I've not checked this for a while. Normal BOSIET (do a google search) is minimum requirement. I would suggest doing the Norwegian chute training as it is only a little bit more. Depending on how established the seismic company is, you will normally get a crew change schedule for the coming yea...

Depends which one... normally you get an Oil & Gas UK or equivalent, but some companies are insisting on a Norwegian Seaman's medical (not to be confused with a Norwegian Offshore medical)...

That's a bit of an ambiguous question. I've had telephone interviews before, and a couple of office interviews. The format is always different. Some companies just want a warm body, and if you have experience that will do. Usually you get in by being known by somebody else. Some other companies like...
